All colors and name are customizeable. Please leave in notes to seller which design you would like, the one shown, or pick from the numbered fabric choices. Please leave the team colors, name you'd like, and the number you'd like on the back.

This outfit comes with a white t-shirt, that has a pocket on the front in the custom fabric, and an appliqued number on the back. If you'd like a different color shirt, please let me know in the notes, if it's available, I will let you know when I email the fabric proof.

If you'd like a proof of the design emailed to you before I finish your order, please let me know, otherwise the order will proceed without approval of the proof based on your description in the notes at checkout.
